Many blog advertising services offer high quality reviews. When I first moved to Denver some 30-plus yearsago, we had the Denver Broncos, a minor league baseball team, and an ABAbasketball team called the Denver Rockets – which was actually named for theRingsby "Rocket" trucking company.

Boy! Have things changed?

Denver now plays home to seven major leagueteams: The Broncos, Denver Nuggets, Colorado Rockies, Colorado Crush, ColoradoAvalanche, Colorado Mammoth and the Colorado Rapids.

The Rockies, our major league baseball team, plays at Coors Field which is conveniently located near the Lower Downtown area.In fact, you can walk to Coors Field from most downtown Denver hotels though, insome cases, you may want to take a cab or hop on our Light Rail.

If you didn't know, the Crush is an arenafootball team. In fact, it is the reigning Arena Football League (AFL) champion, having won last year's Arena Bowl. If you like your football action fast andfurious with a lot of scoring, you'll really enjoy the AFL.

The Mammoth is our NLL (National Lacrosse League)team. It also plays an up tempo game that looks like hockey on artificial turf– with sticks a flying and plenty of scoring.

The Avalanche is our entry in the National HockeyLeague where they've hosted the Stanley Cup twice since relocating here in 1995.

Like the Crush and the Mammoth, the Nuggets playin our nearly-new Pepsi Center, while our major league soccer team, the Rapids, play in Invesco Field at Mile High, which is also the home of the Broncos.

It's really hard to buy Broncos tickets asthey've sold out every year since the early 1970s. If you're hear during the NFLseason, and would like to take in a game, you can usually buy tickets game dayat Invesco Field but you will be buying from individuals and may not be able topay face value.

You can almost always buy tickets for the otherteams at the box office on game day. The Avalanche is probably the mostexpensive ticket and the Mammoth the cheapest. There are always plenty of goodseats available for Rockies games and Coors Field, which opened just six yearsago, is a great place to watch baseball on a starry Colorado evening.
